This 100 year old recipe was brought to the United States during the Mexican Revolution. Juanita is making her Great Grandmother's salsa in order to commemorate her ancestors from the days of Pancho Villa. (Also because her friends told her it was too good to just stay in the family!) Full of fresh tasting chunky vegetables- wonderful! The hottest in the bunch- a very nice, addictive heat.
